Working out can be daunting!

Especially if you are a new mom or have been out of the fitness world for a while. Specialty gyms are popping up all over the place; Kickboxing gyms, yoga studios, big corporate gyms, spinning studios and the newest trending workout CROSSFIT. These places can be incredibly intimidating and expensive. And how do you decide what is the better fit for you? Trial and error? Most places offer a free intro to classes or a 2 week trial period. That is great but what if the biggest hurdle for you right now is to just strum up enough courage to walk into a place? Maybe your confidence is lacking and the self doubt is overwhelming. A good introduction would be some at home workout videos to get you started. But then again, they can get costly and what if you hate the workout? That can be detrimental to your motivation to get fit.  Solution?

Yes, I said it. You would be amazed at how many online free workout videos there are. Different types of workouts, reviews on each video, the ability to do it at anytime and however many times you want. I have a couple of my go to workouts below. It is a fabulous alternative to going to a gym and in the comfort of your own home, or hotel room while away on business or vacation.

Once you find your favorites you can “graduate” and opt for a service like Beachbody on Demand.
