I am a bit of a random person. My tastes vary. I love to be #basic. You know, #psl for life, still strut around in my UGG boots and I watch reruns of Friends, and Sex in the City, like all the time. But I find Game of Thrones, House of Cards, Vikings, Stranger Things, Shameless, and Fargo incredibly entertaining. I have a soft spot for Alfred Hitchcock movies and Audrey Hepburn
is my all time favorite actress. I love to go to the movies, pretty much any movie, I just love the experience, the big screen, the dark room, and of course, the popcorn.
My daily meal making consists of chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, cut up apples (with no skin, of course) and cheeseburgers, I would die for a volcano sushi roll, chicken tikka masala, deliciously grilled lamb chop with mint jelly. I could also nosh on a salty mozzarella Caprese salad or creamy goat cheese and cranberry spinach salad, and my favorite mix of soft and hard cheeses with a charcuterie board.
I love good food and I love good books. Books are food for the mind, and I tend to fill my time with best sellers. I love the best sellers, but reading romance novels is my guilty pleasure; ladies let’s not sugar coat it, they’re SMUT! It’s amazing when I can escape into someone else’s world when I read someone else’s words.
Lately, I find myself fascinated by investments, particularly those available in the marijuana industry. Regardless as to your stance on cannabis legalization, the fact remains that the industry is about to explode.
The major advances in technology intrigue me. The fact that you can use your smartphone to turn on lights in your home while miles away is mind blowing! That’s just for consumers; the medical and engineering technology advancements made huge gains in recent years. I cannot wait to see what technology has in store for us in the future.
I am going to take a note out of my boys’ book………
